Pay Range:Targeted salary up to $50,300, based on experience

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Position Introduction:

The College of Nursing is seeking a highly organized, student-centered professional who is passionate about helping students succeed and creating exceptional educational experiences. This position plays a vital role in supporting students throughout their academic journey, from prospective student engagement and recruitment through graduation and program completion. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will contribute to initiatives that enhance student success, strengthen engagement, and promote a culture of support, belonging, and academic excellence.

As a key member of the student services team, this position serves as an important resource for current and prospective students by helping connect them with the information, programs, and services needed to achieve their educational goals. The role combines student support, program coordination, communication, event management, and administrative operations to ensure a seamless and positive experience for students across all nursing programs. Through strategic outreach and relationship-building, this individual will help foster meaningful connections between students, faculty, staff, and community partners.

The ideal candidate is an energetic professional who thrives on creating engaging experiences, solving problems, and supporting diverse student populations. This position offers the opportunity to design and coordinate student-focused programs, contribute to recruitment and retention efforts, develop communication and marketing initiatives, and support activities that promote student engagement and success. Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 12 months in student programming, student services, or closely related experience.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 60 months experience.
