The Associate Director, Student Life at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business is responsible for student programming for the Evening MBA and Weekend MBA communities and for oversight of key programs. This position will serve as the primary advisor of an assigned number of student groups in the Evening MBA and Weekend MBA programs.

• Minimum 5–7 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Advises and coordinates student programs for Evening MBA and Weekend MBA.
• Develops and leads student trips and travel planning.
• Supports and recommends programming concepts for career-focused and social groups.
• Oversees annual student awards and manages program budgets.
• Works with operations team on Campus Groups management system and events.
