The University of Chicago Booth School of Business seeks an Associate Director, Careers and Student Life for the MiM and MiF programs. This role partners with the Senior Associate Director to drive employer relationships and offer 1:1 career coaching while helping lead student life and community programming.

You will develop new employer partnerships, coach students through their job search, and co-create workshops and events that foster belonging across the MiM and MiF communities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building and managing employer relationships across industries.
• Proven ability to coach students through career exploration, resumes, and interview prep.
• Ability to design and deliver workshops and events for student career development.

Aufgaben

• Identify, target, and develop new employer relationships for MiM and MiF cohorts.
• Conduct outreach to companies and alumni networks to create internships and full-time opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of employer accounts and maintain regular contact to align with hiring needs.
• Maintain CRM and career management data, and produce pipeline reports.
• Coordinate logistics for employer visits, info sessions, and recruiting events.
• Provide individualized coaching on career exploration, job search strategy, and offer evaluation.
