Job summary

CME Associates in Murfreesboro, TN seeks a Structures Project Manager to lead transportation structural projects and mentor a diverse team of engineers and designers. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of structural engineering and PM experience, strong leadership, and expertise in OpenBridge/LEAP, MIDAS, OpenRoads, and MicroStation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• PE or SE license required.
• 15+ years in structural engineering and project management.
• Proven track record managing structural projects.
• Experience with multiple states is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of structural projects (transportation focus).
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact.
• Provide technical expertise in analysis, design, and materials.
• Mentor engineers, designers, and drafters.
• Ensure codes and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and approve project documents and specs.
• Identify risks and resolve technical challenges.
• Support business development with proposals and presentations.
• Provide transportation structures expertise to clients.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses.
