Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license required.
• 15+ years of structural engineering and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of structural projects in transportation markets.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality for successful project completion.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise in structural design and materials selection.
• Oversee and mentor engineers, designers, and drafters.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and approve project documentation, reports, and specs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical challenges.
• Support business development with proposals and client presentations.
• Provide clients with transportation-structure expert assistance.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for projects.
