Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 10 years of experience, with a focus on leadership and project management. Qualifications

• 10 years of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board.
• Experience with NJDOT or NJTA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct work of multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
• Track financial aspects of projects and ensure budget compliance.
• Implement QA/QC procedures.
