TPD in Pittsburgh/Harrisburg is seeking a Senior Structures Project Manager/Team Lead to oversee highway structures projects, lead the Structures Design Department, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience
• Pennsylvania PE License required
• Experience with PennDOT and/or PA Turnpike projects
• Experience as Project Manager or Highway Task Leader
• Willing to attend marketing events
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager for highway structures projects (bridges, culverts, retaining walls, etc.)
• Mentor Structures Design Department staff
• Prepare workload and budget projections
• Business Development activities including marketing meetings with agencies and society events
• Review Requests for Proposals and assess project pursuit strategies
• Prepare Statements of Interest, Technical Proposals, and Price Proposals
• Manage project schedules and budgets
• Conduct Quality Control and Quality Assurance Reviews
