Job summary

Seaside Bank and Trust is seeking an Structured Finance Operations Manager to lead the Structured Finance Group’s operational infrastructure, collateral monitoring, borrowing base administration, and portfolio servicing. This role works with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, and other teams to drive growth and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in asset-based lending, strong Excel and data analysis skills, and experience supervising a team of collateral analysts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of asset-based lending experience.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Operations personnel (Senior Collateral Analysts and Collateral Analysts).
• Manage ABL software platform administration, data integrity, and user training.
• Oversee portfolio loan tracking, collateral monitoring, and borrowing base administration.
