Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader seeks associates for the Structured Finance team with 2–6+ years of experience in private securities offerings and/or securitization, or general bank lending, including CLO/ABS/CMBS. Candidates must hold a U.S. law degree (ABA-accredited) and be admitted to the Bar.

The base salary range is $235,000 to $390,000 per year, with bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k); paid time off; and relocation assistance

Qualifications

• 2–6+ years of experience in private securities offerings and/or securitization or general bank lending (including syndicated lending, asset-backed lending and/or structured lending).
• CLO/ABS and/or CMBS experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience.
• Must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the Bar in the United States.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
