Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant legal experience in esoteric asset backed securitization.
• Experience in structured finance, leveraged finance, asset finance, banking, project finance or fund finance, or tax.
• Interest in cross-border transactions and ability to work with colleagues across jurisdictions.
• Membership in, or eligibility for admission to the New York, North Carolina, or California Bar is required.
• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the Bar in the United States.
