Job summary

Barclays is hiring a Structured Derivatives Institutional Sales VP in New York. You will partner with trading, structuring and product teams to prepare client materials, perform financial analyses, and execute strategic transactions involving swaps and related products.

You will build analytical tools, dashboards and MIS reporting to track client activity, revenue and pipelines, while driving automation and advanced analytics to improve efficiency and decision-support. FINRA regulation applies.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of financial markets and products such as swaps, options, and structured solutions.
• Experience with quantitative investment strategies and client advisory.
• FINRA licensing (Series 7 and 63) or willingness to obtain.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Present and pitch financial products tailored to client requirements.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Stay updated on market trends, products, and regulations.
• Collaborate with research, trading, structuring and product teams for insights.
• Negotiate terms and agreements to finalize sales transactions.
• Contribute to strategy, resource planning, and process improvements.
