Job summary

上海展浪信息技术有限公司 is seeking a Structured Cabling Project Manager in Strongsville, Ohio to lead the financial, operational, and technical delivery of low-voltage infrastructure projects across a diverse customer base.

You will coordinate with general contractors, electrical contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, field technicians, and customer stakeholders to ensure on-schedule, on-budget performance while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in structured cabling or related field.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of structured cabling systems and low-voltage construction.
• Experience managing project budgets, costs, change orders, and margins.
• Ability to travel to active project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Own structured cabling projects from kickoff to final acceptance and financial reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risk registers, action items, and customer commitments.
• Coordinate with general contractors, electrical contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, distributors, and customer representatives.
• Manage project communication and provide clear status reporting regarding schedule, budget, risks, issues, change orders, and overall project health.
• Direct and mentor Structured Cabling Project Coordinators and provide clear accountability for project deliverables.
