Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of structural or mechanical engineering experience.
• Global/international experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering activities for new product development.
• Establish design criteria, analysis approaches, validation plans.
• Coordinate test programs and evaluate results.
• Ensure compliance with codes (ASCE 7, AISI S100).
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring.
