Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience required.
• 10+ years as a superintendent on heavy civil projects.
• Experience on projects valued over $200M.
• Superintendent experience on bridges, highways or transit.
• Knowledge of U.S. construction methods and standards.
• Experience with government clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction to ensure safety, budget and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, subcontractors).
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and site safety plan.
• Provide interpretation of drawings and construction methods.
• Assist management with project schedule and procedures.
