Job summary

A leading structural steel firm in Wisconsin is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all phases of structural steel projects. This role requires planning, budgeting, and coordinating efforts among subcontractors and teams. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management or a related field along with 3+ years of project management experience. Competitive salary of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, with full benefits including medical and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in structural steel or related field.
• Strong knowledge of steel detailing, fabrication, and erection processes.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of structural steel projects including estimating hand-off, detailing, fabrication, delivery, and erection.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, submittals, RFI’s, change orders, and contracts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, and subcontractors.
