A leading structural steel firm in Wisconsin is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all phases of structural steel projects. This role requires planning, budgeting, and coordinating efforts among subcontractors and teams. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management or a related field along with 3+ years of project management experience. Competitive salary of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, with full benefits including medical and PTO.
Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience in structural steel or related field.
Strong knowledge of steel detailing, fabrication, and erection processes.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Responsibilities
Lead all phases of structural steel projects including estimating hand-off, detailing, fabrication, delivery, and erection.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, submittals, RFI’s, change orders, and contracts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, and subcontractors.
