Job summary

Premier Steel Structures is seeking a Project Manager experienced in structural steel to guide projects from award through closeout in Corona, CA. You will coordinate detailers, fabrication, field crews and vendors, managing schedules, costs and documentation to protect margins.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction PM, strong knowledge of drawings and detailing, and proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, and Procore. Travel within Southern California is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction PM experience.
• Understanding of structural drawings, detailing, fabrication.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, changes, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple structural steel projects from post-award handoff through closeout.
• Coordinate with customers, detailers, fabrication shop, field crews and vendors.
• Monitor schedule, costs, change orders, billing and documentation.
• Ensure successful installation and project closeout.
• Communicate with GC PMs, superintendents, and stakeholders.
