CMTS LLC seeks a seasoned Structural Subject Matter Expert to lead structural engineering for large aviation and infrastructure programs across PA/MD/NJ/DE. You will review designs, provide technical oversight, and guide constructability and rehabilitation strategies while coordinating with clients, architects, and regulators.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in structural engineering, a PE license, and deep knowledge of IBC/ASCE standards, with strong communication and project leadership skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a structural emphasis.
• Active PE license required.
• Minimum 15 years progressive structural engineering experience.
• Extensive knowledge of IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI structural design.
• Experience reviewing large-scale infrastructure/aviation projects.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary structural advisor for major programs.
• Review calculations, plans, specs for compliance and constructability.
• Provide guidance on structural systems and rehabilitation strategies.
• Support planning, design, procurement, construction and closeout phases.
• Lead design reviews, VE workshops, risk assessments, constructability reviews.
• Monitor field conditions and coordinate with stakeholders.
