Job summary

RS&H is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead design and analyses for aviation, aerospace, federal, health & science, and commercial projects. You will mentor junior staff and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across diverse project scopes.

Ideal candidates hold a PE license, ABET-degree, and 7+ years of related experience, with strong Revit and analysis software skills. Domestic travel may be required. RS&H is employee-owned and nationally recognized for complex projects.

Qualifications

• Requires PE license and 7+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Experience leading major projects or multiple mid-size projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis for aviation, aerospace, federal, health & science, and commercial projects.
• Serve as technical lead for major projects and mentor junior staff.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, reports, drawings, and construction documents.
• Develop and review construction documents using Revit and structural software.
• Coordinate with architecture, MEP, and other disciplines.
