Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in Engineering and 9 year of relevant experience, or PhD in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical and analytical capabilities for complex projects
- Experience with structural analysis software and BIM tools
Responsibilities
- Performs independent technical reviews, makes recommendations, and provides technical guidance on complex projects.
- Provides direction to resolve technical issues as requested.
- Provides technical expertise and mentoring to project leadership and production staff.
- Assists in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation on complex projects.
- Coordinates technical aspects with client counterparts and teaming partners.
- Develops and advises on technical consistency across processes and projects.
- Ensures standard practices are applied across disciplines.
