Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering is required; Master's is a plus.
• PE license in Wisconsin; SE is a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive structural engineering and project management experience.
• Proficiency with structural design software such as Revit, SAP2000, ETABS.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training and guidance to junior engineers and review work.
• Direct a structural engineering group across building and infrastructure projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and client communications through close-out.
