Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
• Professional Engineer with 5-12 years of experience designing buildings and building type structures.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary projects and mentor developing engineers.
• Collaborate with professionals on projects across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and nationally.
• Contribute to business development through proposal writing and marketing efforts.

Skills

Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiarity with AutoCAD

Familiarity with Revit

Strong working knowledge of steel, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, and precast concrete design

Strong effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to travel up to 20%

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis
