Job summary

TKDA is seeking a Project Manager / Professional Structural Engineer to lead teams on heavy industrial projects, manage design to construction, and ensure quality and financial success. The role emphasizes cross-discipline coordination, mentoring, and market development across Duluth or Bloomington locations.

Hybrid work arrangement with three days in office and two remote days; travel up to 20% for meetings, site inspections, and client visits. Strong communication and PE credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
• Professional Engineer credential with 5–15 years of experience in designing buildings and structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams for a portfolio of heavy industrial projects from conception through construction.
• Oversee technical, quality, and financial aspects of projects; ensure compliance with design standards.
