Joseph B. Callaghan, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 10+ years of structural and building envelope project leadership in the Philadelphia area. You’ll own client relationships, guide project teams, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery to the highest quality standards.

This hybrid Center City Philadelphia role offers strategic impact, mentorship of junior engineers, and opportunities to grow the firm’s practice with established and new clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
10+ years of structural engineering experience with project, budget, and client management.
Professional Engineering (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

Develop project scopes, fees, budgets, and schedules.
Lead projects from inception through construction phase services.
Manage client meetings and presentations; primary client contact.
