The ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience in structural design, a PE license in Illinois, and a proven ability to manage clients, coordinate with architects and contractors, and mentor the next generation of engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in structural-related field with emphasis in structural engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design of buildings
• Current Structural Engineer License in Illinois

What You'll Do

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead structural engineering projects from concept through construction, guiding multidisciplinary teams and delivering designs that make a lasting impact in the communities we serve.

• Lead projects of varying size, complexity, and structural systems from planning through construction.
• Direct and mentor project teams, fostering technical growth and professional development.

• Serve as a technical resource and thought leader within the firm.

QualificationsDesired Education and/or Experience

• At a minimum, Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering, with an emphasis in Structural Engineering. Master's Degree in Structural Engineering strongly preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in the structural design of buildings
• Current Structural Engineer License (structural engineering) in Illinois
