Job summary

Our client, a leading U.S. engineering consultancy in Baltimore, seeks an experienced structural engineer to lead complex projects and mentor design teams.

You’ll work on steel, concrete, and masonry structures for commercial, institutional, industrial, and federal clients. You will direct design from concept to completion, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and in‑house engineering teams.

Qualifications

• BSCE required
• PE license required
• 8+ years of structural design and project leadership experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and related software; strong communication and organization skills
