Qualifications

• MS in Civil/Structural Engineering (MSCE) required.
• 6+ years of structural design experience.
• S.E. license.
• Experience with performance-based design of tall buildings and seismic upgrades.
• Experience coordinating with architects and design consultants on commercial, office, residential, and healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural projects from concept through construction completion.
• Develop and coordinate structural designs using various materials and systems.
• Produce and review construction documents and calculations.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients across all project phases.
• Mentor in-house design teams and delegate work.
