Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Structural Project Engineer to serve as the SME for structural design, reviewing and implementing solutions that meet cost, schedule, and customer requirements.

The role involves collaboration with designers and analysts, performing design trade studies, and serving as Engineer of Record (EOR) for structural work on defense programs and related facilities.

Formación

• Education: B.S. Civil Engineering degree required and P.E. license.
• Experience: 6+ years of professional engineering experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review structural designs for compliance with UFC, IBC, ANSI, and ASCE.
• Design structural systems to account for transport, live, and seismic loads.
• Collaborate with designers and analysts to perform design trade studies and determine solutions.
• Review design and construction methodology for typical facility structural steel design.
• Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) for the structural design.
