KPFF Consulting Engineers is seeking a Structural Project Manager with 7+ years in structural consulting to lead a diverse portfolio including civic and healthcare facilities in the Greater Los Angeles area. You will perform structural analysis, seismic design, and develop construction documents while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

Seven years of full-time work experience in a structural consulting organization.
BS in Civil Engineering with focus on structures.
Minimum 3.0 GPA in undergraduate coursework.
Transcripts showing courses in Structural Analysis, Mechanics of Materials, and Steel/Wood Design.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Responsibilities

Design gravity, lateral, and foundation systems for new and retrofit projects in high seismic zones.
Perform structural analysis and seismic design using ETABS, RISA, SAFE, RAM Steel.
Produce comprehensive calculations, drawings, and details for permitting and construction.
Guide, supervise, and mentor junior engineers and construction administration tasks.
Collaborate with BIM and cross-discipline teams for integrated delivery.
