Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Structural Project Manager to oversee structural engineering and construction coordination for multifamily projects. The role liaises between engineering, project management, field operations, and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient execution per plans and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural/Civil Eng or Construction Management.
• PE license preferred; plan stamping not required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 5+ years in structural engineering, project management, or construction management.
• Experience with multifamily or commercial construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review structural drawings for conformance with specs and codes.
• Coordinate structural engineering activities with project management and field operations.
• Perform field inspections and ensure quality control.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and document control.
• Support preconstruction planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes.
