Job summary
LVI Associates in Seattle is seeking an experienced Structural Project Manager to join our growing structural engineering team. You will manage, design, and deliver a diverse range of projects while serving as the main point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will be a technically strong structural engineer who enjoys client interaction, mentoring junior staff, and taking ownership from concept through construction, contributing to business
Qualifications
- 7+ years of structural engineering experience.
- Experience managing client relationships and multi-project portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of steel, concrete, wood, masonry, and foundation design.
- Familiarity with applicable building codes and structural design standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead structural engineering projects from proposal through construction completion.
- Develop schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project financial performance, scope, and profitability.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants throughout all project phases.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
