Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure.
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience with building design across multiple material types.
• Strong technical, communication, and project management skills.
• Desire to own projects and client relationships.
• Interest in mentoring developing engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural projects from concept through construction.
• Perform structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, masonry, and timber.
• Sign and seal construction documents.
• Conduct existing building assessments and investigations.
• Support renovation, adaptive reuse, and expansion projects.
• Manage client relationships and project schedules.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
