Gulfstream Aerospace in Palm Beach, FL seeks a Structural Mechanic 4 to join our skilled manufacturing team. You will assemble, install, and repair aircraft structures, read blueprints, and ensure safety and quality standards across the production process.

You will mentor teammates, support lean initiatives, and maintain production documentation while meeting schedule goals. Six years of related experience and FAA-compliant practices are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six years of related structural assembly experience.
• Experience with Solumina and SmarTeam preferred.
• Q-Stamp preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural assembly and installation on aircraft components.
• Read blueprints and engineering drawings to guide work.
• Rivet assemblies and ensure tight tolerances.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Inspection teams.
• Mentor and train teammates in blueprint interpretation.
• Maintain production and quality documentation.
