Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required with 6 years of structural assembly experience.
• Q-stamp preferred; experience reading blueprints and specs.
• Experience with Solumina and SmarTeam is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision assembly and fitting of parts per blueprints and drawings.
• Rivet, drill, countersink, and align structures to engineering specs.
• Mentor teammates; ensure conformance to FAA paperwork and quality standards.
• Move between tasks with minimal impact to schedule and goals.
