TAS Energy Inc.—Houston facility is seeking a Fabrication Lead (Structural) to direct fabrication and assembly of pipe products. Lead a team, plan resources, monitor work orders, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with production supervision and EHS to train staff on safety regulations and standards, fostering continuous improvement and teamwork across the department.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate pipes to required customizations.
• Manage all Work Orders associated with fabrication.
• Supervise work team in planning and execution of fabrication.
• Plan resources based on Work Orders and production plan.
• Ensure timeliness, safety, and quality of material movement.
• Train employees on safety policies and changes.
