Qualifications

• 10+ years in structural design and project management in consulting engineering.
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, RISA, and ADAPT.
• Strong knowledge of building codes.
• Ability to lead staff, manage projects, and communicate with clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Managers to allocate resources for projects.
• Develop discipline-specific work plans and estimates for staff workloads.
• Ensure output meets client requirements and Osborn standards.
• Oversee project execution and departmental performance metrics.
• Manage client communications and engineering support on projects.
• Ensure QA/QC processes are followed within the structural discipline.
• Monitor staffing levels and department utilization.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and assist HR with recruitment.
• Support business development activities and presentations.
