Job summary

Insight Global in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Structural Engineering leader to guide the Structural team, align with company goals, oversee planning, design and execution of projects across site development, infrastructure, transportation, water and environmental systems.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets, ensure safety, perform QC, lead multiple concurrent projects, support business development, and maintain client relationships to grow workload.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Licensed Professional Engineer credential required.
• 10+ years of vertical structural design experience including leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Structural team and align with company goals.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of Structural projects across site development, infrastructure, transportation, water and environmental systems.
• Lead multiple concurrent structural projects and perform QC reviews of analyses and designs.
• Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop staff through mentorship and professional development; advocate for necessary resources.
• Foster client relationships and participate in business development to grow workload.
