KPFF Consulting Engineers in Madison, WI seeks a Structural Engineering Team Leader to grow our presence locally while contributing to nationally recognized projects. You will mentor engineers, shape client relationships, and help build a thriving local team with the support of a nationally connected firm.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required; Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience.
• Demonstrated management experience leading teams larger than 5 people.
• Design experience across a wide range of materials, project phases, and sectors.

Responsibilities

• Expand KPFF’s presence in the Madison, WI market.
• Leverage mentorship, resources, and culture of an established firm.
• Build something meaningful from the ground up in an emerging market.
• Grow client relationships and position KPFF as a trusted partner.
• Collaborate with engineers across KPFF’s national network on challenging projects.
• Mentor and develop future engineers and team members.
• Shape the future direction, culture, and growth of the Madison office.
