Stantec is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead design efforts for water-related facilities across the United States. You will perform analyses, develop designs, and prepare drawings for projects like dams, reservoirs, and treatment plants.

You will manage project scope, schedule, and costs while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with internal teams and external consultants. In-person collaboration is required in Lexington TN/KY areas.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Experience with spillways, hydropower facilities, or water/wastewater structures is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of codes and standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE).

Responsabilidades

• Perform structural analysis and design for water-related facilities including dams, tanks, and treatment plants.
• Lead or support project teams, manage scope, budget, and schedules.
• Prepare construction documents and specifications.
• Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with subconsultants.
