Job summary

Carollo Engineers is seeking a Structural Engineer for our Phoenix office to lead structural design on water and wastewater facilities. You will plan and manage scope, schedule, and budget, review designs for code compliance, and produce construction documents with a focus on concrete, steel, and masonry structures.

The role requires 6–12 years of experience and PE licensure. Strong communication, mentoring, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams are essential for project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering, with a Structural Emphasis.
• 6–12 years of experience, preferably in water/wastewater structural design.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE).
• Expert in building codes and standards for water/industrial structures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and manage structural engineering scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
• Review and resolve structural design issues with designers.
• Prepare cost and schedule estimates for structural services.
