Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Sr Structural Engineer in Woodlands, TX with remote work availability. The role involves performing and checking structural design and analysis for tanks, vessels, modules and foundations, ensuring compliance with API and ASME standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in structural, civil, or mechanical engineering is required.
• PE license required; Structural SE preferred; Civil/Mechanical PE accepted.
• 5–10 years of experience in industrial structural design, tanks, vessels, foundations.

Responsibilities

• Perform and check structural design and analysis for tanks, vessels, modules, foundations, and other industrial structures.
• Prepare detailed design calculations, specifications, layouts, and construction documents in compliance with codes and standards.
• Ensure all designs are safe, practical, and constructible for field erection.
• Collaborate with project engineers, CAD designers, and project managers to meet goals and deadlines.
• Mentor and transfer knowledge to junior engineers.
