You will work with global teams, ensure compliance with client standards, and guide projects through stage gate processes while delivering robust, buildable structures for substations and energy facilities.

Licensed PE preferred with 10+ years of experience and proficiency in Mathcad, RISA, STAAD,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering from an accredited university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in structural engineering for electrical utility clients.
• Experience with substation, transmission, distribution, or thermal generation facilities.
• Proficient in Mathcad, RISA, STAAD, and related structural analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with multi-disciplinary global project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and participate in staff development.
• Review client standards for project delivery and ensure compliance.
• Provide technical direction and review designs by junior engineers.
• Review designs for cost-saving opportunities and constructability.
• Develop conceptual designs and scopes for regulatory approvals.
• Lead pre-bid and constructability meetings and review bids.
