Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 10 years' experience on large federal construction projects.
• Experience with AISC certification and non-destructive inspection is required.
• Current Professional Engineer license in Wyoming is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert for federal construction projects involving civil and structural systems.
• Review contract documents for compliance and clarity.
• Assist with quality assurance and technical expertise during inspections.
• Prepare estimates for contractor payments and track project progress.
