Job summary

Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Structural Engineer for federal construction at F.E. Warren AFB. You will act as the technical expert for civil/structural systems, review design for constructability, and support contract modifications.

Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering, Wyoming PE license, 10+ years on major federal projects; NDI experience; AISC certification; RF Shield/ICD 705, and knowledge of HEMP design. Salary based on experience with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Wyoming Professional Engineer license required.
• 10+ years as a structural engineer on large federal projects.
• NDI experience and AISC certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Acts as technical expert for civil/structural systems and related steel/welding features on federal projects.
• Reviews design for constructability, non-compliance and contract clarity.
• Assists in contract modification preparation and government estimates.
• Supports steel/welding inspections, QA, and contract administration.
• Prepares RFIs, REAs, and payment estimates; tracks progress and issues.
• Reviews contractor plans/submittals and provides comments for approval.
