Qualifications

- Experience with High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) design preferred.
- Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) Shield and ICD 705 construction requirements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert for civil and structural systems.
- Review contracts and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare payment estimates and oversee contractor performance.
