Job summary

Integrus Architecture is seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to lead structural design for new construction, renovations, and seismic upgrades across diverse project types in the Pacific Northwest.

The role emphasizes mentorship, project leadership, and client engagement, with office-based work four days a week and one remote day. Applicants should have 8+ years of experience, SE licensure in OR/WA, and proficiency in major structural software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural/Civil/Architectural Engineering or related field; master's preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive structural engineering experience with building structures.
• Active SE licensure in OR and WA or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Significant experience with seismic design and steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures.
• Experience with renovation, retrofit, and evaluation of existing structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for diverse projects from concept through construction administration.
• Provide technical leadership and quality reviews for codes and standards.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to staff development.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and clients to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks.
