Job summary

Integrus Architecture seeks a Structural Engineer to lead design across new construction, renovations, seismic upgrades, and evaluations. You will mentor professionals, support project and financial management, and contribute to client relationships while coordinating with architects and contractors.

The role combines technical leadership with project oversight in a collaborative, multidisciplinary practice, with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field; master's preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive structural engineering experience with building structures.
• Active Structural Engineer (SE) license in OR/WA or ability to obtain soon.
• Experience with seismic design and multi-material structures.
• Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, masonry, and wood systems.
• Provide technical leadership from concept to construction administration.
• Mentor engineers and support business development efforts.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and coordination.
• Lead construction administration and review submittals and RFIs.
