AutoStore is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural analysis and validation for our high-volume robotics products from concept to production. You will own load-path optimization, fatigue and vibration analyses, and correlating FEA with physical tests across robot subsystems.

We expect a strong background in aluminum or steel structures, experience with ISO/ASCE/ASTM standards, and demonstrated technical leadership in cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 9+ years of experience in structural or mechanical engineering with emphasis on analysis.
• Experience delivering structural systems from concept to production.
• Strong proficiency with finite element analysis tools and validation against test data.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, analysis, and validation of mechanical systems through production release.
• Own structural architecture, load path development, and trade-offs balancing strength, stiffness, and cost.
• Perform static, dynamic, vibration, fatigue, and seismic analyses as required.
• Develop and validate FE models and correlate predictions with tests.
• Lead root‑cause investigations of structural failures and reliability issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across mechanical, electrical, controls, software, and manufacturing.
