You will guide project design teams, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical support to sales and estimating efforts.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ experience in precast or structural design, and a PE license or the ability to obtain within the first year.

The Senior Engineer is responsible for the design of precast concrete structures and ensuring all engineering work meets safety, quality, and code requirements. This role leads project design efforts, supports project execution from concept through completion, and provides technical guidance to junior engineers. The Senior Engineer collaborates across departments and with external partners to deliver safe, efficient, and constructible solutions.
Salary range $100,000- $130,000 a year. Based on experience.
