Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 11+ years of related work experience.
• Experience leading multi-discipline engineering teams on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, quality programs, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively provides guidance on design guides, standards, and policies.
• Ensures compliance with quality programs and supports continuous improvement.
• Prepares complex engineering deliverables for multiple projects and manages data.
• Manages budget, schedule, and quality requirements; guides task delegation.
• Coordinates with internal/external teams on complex projects and defines project schedules.
