Job summary
Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead design, analysis, and execution of structural deliverables for power generation, renewable energy, BESS, substation, transmission, and industrial infrastructure projects.
The candidate will serve as a senior technical leader, mentor staff, and ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective structural solutions across all EPC phases. Strong leadership and hands-on execution are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from an accredited university.
- Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
- PE license required.
Responsibilities
- Lead structural engineering efforts for power generation, renewable energy, BESS, transmission, substation, and industrial infrastructure projects.
- Serve as the primary structural engineering resource on assigned projects and provide technical leadership.
- Coordinate structural deliverables with other disciplines and participate in design reviews and client meetings.
- Support project planning, staffing, scheduling, and engineering execution strategies; assist with proposals and estimates.
